operations, and personal finance, Lashonda Fitch is a results-

oriented leader. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to cultivate productive, efficient, and successful work environments.

Lashonda's educational background includes an undergraduate

degree in Business Administration and Management, as well as

a Real Estate License. She is currently enhancing her expertise

through a Business Advisor Certification.

Her professional background includes leading diverse teams

and managing business operations across government and

private sectors, in addition to her own entrepreneurial ventures.

Lashonda is particularly dedicated to helping individuals start

their own businesses by offering resources for success and

tools to secure necessary capital for growth.
